As a result of our involvement with large Aged Care, University, Hospital, Commercial, Mining, Shopping Centre, Heritage and Residential projects, we have had considerable and ongoiing experience with the full range of mechanical systems, particularly chilled water, VAV, VRF, ground water heat rejection, ventilation and dehumidification systems in tropical environments.
GOVERNMENT HOUSE AIR-CONDITIONING UPGRADE
DESIGN MENTALITY
As a result of a fire in 2013, RVAC Design was required to report on the existing air-conditioning systems and recommended on a complete new central chilled and heating water air-conditioning system. Funding was allocated in 2017 to install 64 Fan Coil Units, CHW Kitchen Extract Make-Up Air system and Change-over of DX Full fresh air system to CHW/HTW unit for the Supper Room.
